| Dan and his wife, Janet, have been married for 13 years. They live in Walden on Lake Houston with their 3 children. Brianna is 8 years old, entering 3rd Grade. Ryan is 6, entering 1st Grade. They both attend Maplebrook Elementary School. Dylan is 4 and will begin Kindergarten in the Fall of 2009. Dan Huberty is a Vice President of Ampco System Parking, serving as the Business Development and Corporate Relations Manager for the company. Dan also serves as the Regional Vice President for the Hawaiian Region, where he oversees all commercial and airport operations. Dan started his career as General Manager of Ampco’s off-airport parking facility in Cleveland, Ohio. His success in marketing and servicing the clientele in Cleveland resulted in his promotion to General Manager of the Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City. In both of these operations, he obtained significant experience in shuttle operations, revenue control, equipment, and operations. In 1994, he was promoted to Branch Manager of Ampco’s Honolulu operation, with direct responsibility for Honolulu, Lihue, Hilo, and Keahole- Kona Airports, as well as 14 commercial operations. In early 2007, Dan was promoted to his current position, where he is in charge of specific key accounts within the company, as well as overseeing all aspects of marketing, business development, and corporate relations for the company. Dan is charged with making sure Ampco System Parking’s identity and branding concepts are well known within the industry, and he leads the efforts of all sales activity, working in conjunction with our regional staffs. Dan completed his undergraduate work at Cleveland State University, and obtained his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Dan was elected as a Trustee of the Humble Independent School Board in 2006. As one of seven trustees, he oversees a $250,000,000 annual budget, which educates 32,000 students in Humble, Texas. He is a Board member of the Texas Parking Association and is also a part time instructor for the University of Phoenix (Houston Campus). He is very active in his church, and is overseeing a project to expand Saint Martha’s Catholic Church as part of the Building and Planning Committee. Dan has written several articles on customer service and revenue control, specifically related to parking, works with the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) throughout the year, and publishes the quarterly newsletter (The Texas Roundup) for the Texas Parking Association. Dan completed his undergraduate work at Cleveland State University, and obtained his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Dan is a Member of The Knights of Columbus, The Humble Rotary, The Humble Area Chamber of Commerce, The Humble Area Retired Teacher's Association, The Friends of the Atascocita Library, The Kingwood Chamber of Commerce, The Kingwood Area Republican Women, and The Lake Houston Shores Republican Women. Dan is an avid golfer and racquetball player. |
